Exchange and Refund Policy

Return Request Time

If you wish to return an item, you must inform us within 2 working days of receiving your order.

Return requests made after 2 working days may not be accepted.

Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 to 14 working days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Return Eligibility

Items can be returned only if:

The item is incorrect.
The item is damaged or faulty.
The wrong size or color was sent.
The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All tags, labels, and packaging are still attached.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns if:

The item has been worn, washed, altered, stained, or damaged by the customer.
The tags or original packaging have been removed.
The return request is made after 2 working days.
The item was purchased on final sale or clearance.
The item is returned without approval from our customer support team.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size, color, or style, you may return the eligible item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
